About this file
This Market Research Questionnaire (MRQ) is issued by the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office for dialyzers used in hemo-dialysis at the USMCFP Springfield, Missouri. The government seeks to award an Indefinite/Requirements contract with a base year and four 12-month option years, using a firm-fixed pricing structure. The solicitation covers two dialyzer types: Large Dialyzers (F250NRe) and Small Dialyzers (F200Nre), with specific technical requirements including membrane composition, sterilization method, membrane dimensions, and performance specifications such as surface area, priming volume, and clearance rates.
The questionnaire aims to gather market intelligence from potential vendors, requesting information about business size, small business program eligibility, state certification, contract capabilities, insurance requirements, and past performance in prison environments. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and able to provide firm fixed unit prices for up to five years. The response deadline is July 03, 2025, at 11:00 am EST, with submissions to be made via GSAeBuy. The estimated annual requirement ranges from 24,960 to 28,080 dialyzer units, based on a patient census of 160-180 individuals, with deliveries to be made Monday through Friday during specified hours.
