About this file
This document contains a market research questionnaire for airport shuttle services at an Air Force base in Europe. The questionnaire asks potential offerors for their views on a draft Statement of Objectives for awarding a concessionaire contract to provide shuttle services between the base and the local airport. Respondents are asked if the requirement provides adequate opportunity for a concession agreement and whether there are any concerns with the draft SOO. Potential offerors can also provide recommendations to improve the requirement. No further details are given on the type of products or services required, pricing terms, response dates or the federal agency involved.

MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES
AT THE 86th FORCE SUPPORT SQUADRON
NOTE: The attached Statement of Objectives (SOO), entitled “Airport Shuttle Service” is a Draft version only. It may be revised during the acquisition process and/or based on the results of this Sources Sought Notice and Market Research Questionnaire.
1. The government intends to award a concessionaire contract. Does the requirement itself grant enough possibilities for you to agree to a concessionaire contract (in terms of identifying a benefit)? If not, please list your reasons.
2. Is there anything in the draft SOO that could keep you from submitting an offer on this requirement?
3. Do you have any concerns/comments in regards to the attached DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO)? What are potential key points that need to be added to it? (in case of a Request for Proposal (RFP)? Please provide details.
4.
Overall, do you have any other comments, concerns and recommendations?
