About this file
This document is a vendor instruction guide issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS), detailing the procedures for submitting bid responses through the MOVEit TRANSFER secure file transfer application hosted at https://ftp.ky.gov. The document provides step-by-step instructions for vendors to access the system, locate their respective RFP folders, and upload required submission materials. Vendors are provided with login credentials (username: chfsrfp, password: Submitter2020) and are instructed to navigate to the appropriate project folder, utilize the NOTES section for contact information or comments, and upload files through either the drag-and-drop or browse function with no file size limitations. The system automatically displays uploaded files with confirmation checkmarks and vendors are advised to print the submission screen as verification of successful uploads.
The document emphasizes that file retention on the MOVEit platform is limited to 90 days unless otherwise requested. Technical support is available through the Commonwealth Service Desk via email at CommonwealthServiceDesk@ky.gov or COTMOVEITFTP@ky.gov, or by telephone at 502-564-7576. Vendors experiencing login issues or password concerns should contact the Service Desk, which will coordinate with the MOVEit team for assistance. All technical support requests should include the kyrfb identifier, telephone number, and detailed descriptions of any errors or messages encountered.
