MOBILE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) TRAILER

7.31.2025

Statement of Need: Mobile Preventive Maintenance (PM) Trailer The government requires the acquisition of a mobile preventive maintenance trailer for servicing 31 emergency power generators located on Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB). These generators are essential to maintaining uninterrupted power for mission-critical infrastructure across the installation.

Currently, generator servicing operations are labor intensive, environmentally vulnerable, and inef icient, leading to increased risk of luid spills and delayed preventive maintenance.

A dedicated trailer solution is necessary to streamline operations, reduce environmental hazards, and enhance service reliability.

Objective: Procure a mobile luid service trailer that meets or exceeds the minimum required speci ications and enables safe, timely, and effective generator maintenance.

Acquiring a Mobile Preventative Maintenance Trailer will:

1. Enable rapid and ef icient generator PMs

2. Signi icantly reduce luid spills and environmental impact

3. Improve operational readiness and emergency power reliability

4. Cut maintenance time and increase resiliency across infrastructure

The Mobile PM trailer must meet minimum speci ications and support ield-based servicing with safe, high-capacity luid handling.
