The RFP is seeking proposals from any non-incumbent generic, OTC, or brand manufacturer who meets the requirements, as well as incumbent generic vendors with language referencing the Annual Bid Cycle in their existing agreement. The RFP is scheduled to close on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The awards resulting from this solicitation will be communicated on or before May 15, 2023.

The addendum provides clarification on the scope of the solicitation, which includes both branded and generic products. Incumbent generic manufacturers who do not bid will not maintain their product award status from the previous year. Pricing terms, set asides, and funding requirements are not explicitly addressed in the addendum.
