Bid prices must be submitted on a net F.O.B. destination basis with transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the contractor. Prices will remain fixed throughout the contract period unless periodic adjustments are agreed to in writing. Winning bidders may be required to provide item samples and certificates of conformance to demonstrate product suitability and specification compliance. MMA reserves the right to extend the contract period beyond the initial expiration date with contractor consent, and the State Purchasing Director may cancel the contract with thirty days' written notice.
