The MMA reserves the right to modify or cancel orders not delivered as scheduled, and the State Director of the Division of Purchases reserves the right to cancel the contract with thirty days' written notice. A preliminary shipment schedule may be provided representing the MMA's best estimate of needs, though actual delivery orders may vary based on operational requirements at the time of order.
