NASA/George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) plans to issue a Draft

Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the following Commercial item/services: MSFC

Logistics Support Services II (MLSS II). MLSS II will provide logistics support services that cover the areas of management, disposal operations, equipment management, life cycle logistics and supply chain management, mail management, supply and materials management operations, transportation management, and other specialty services to include flight hardware, support operations, equipment maintenance management, and furniture services.

This acquisition is anticipated to be a total 8(a) set aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 and $41.5M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the DRFP #80MSFC23R0004 is on or about April 17, 2023. This DRFP is intended as an acquisition planning instrument, as well as a means of soliciting industry comments for use in developing the final RFP/solicitation.

Comments in relation to the DRFP are anticipated to be due on or about April 28, 2023. Responses to comments or questions to the DRFP, which will be considered in formulation of the final RFP, will be at the discretion of the Government. The anticipated release date of the final RFP is on or about July 7, 2023.

The Government intends to conduct a virtual industry day briefing on or about April

24, 2023, to provide details regarding key features of the DRFP. Microsoft Teams will be required to access the visual presentation portion of the conference. Additional virtual industry day information will be provided upon issuance of the DRFP. The presented virtual industry day charts, along with any additional visual information presented, including a list of all attendees participating in the virtual industry day meeting, will be made available to all interested parties via the FedBizOpps web site

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
