The description below outlines preliminary requirements envisioned for the Mission Vehicle Outfitting. The information gathered may be used to formulate acquisition strategies for competitive solicitations.
BACKGROUND
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research to identify parties who have an interest and the resources to assist this requirement for providing services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Critical Incident Response Unit (CIRG), and Render Safe Unit (RSU). The mission critical outfitting of two (2) sprinter vans will improve the Render Safe Teams’ ability to respond and operate in dense urban areas, as well as difficult terrain and inclement weather environments. These settings obstruct current operations when navigating large trucks and trailers.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
This RFI is open to all small and large businesses for market research only to request input from potential providers of the vehicle upgrade services outlined in the draft Statement of Work
