About this file

This is a National Menu Specifications Quote Sheet for milk products required by FCI Texarkana for the 3rd Quarter of FY2025. The document details requirements for two milk products: 146,250 half-pint containers of 2% pasteurized milk and 3,000 half-pint containers of skim/nonfat pasteurized milk, both to be delivered in plastic stackable milk crates containing 50 counts each.

The specifications include strict compliance requirements with Federal, State, and local regulations regarding preparation, packaging, labeling, storage, distribution, and sale of supplies. Products must comply with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, and allergen labeling requirements. Both milk products must meet CID A-A-20338A specifications with no flavor additives. Products can be from foreign countries if not specifically required to be from the United States or Canada, and the NFSA/Chief Dietitian has final determination on product compliance.
