About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), dated February 2001, which specifies data delivery requirements for a contract involving MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Service maintenance. The form documents one data item requirement (A001) for the contractor to submit a Contractor's Progress, Status, and Management Report with the subtitle "Preventative Maintenance Reports."
The data item must be submitted to TPOC (Technical Point of Contact) at the address specified in Block 16, with initial submission and subsequent submissions as detailed in the referenced contract blocks. The data falls under Price Group NSP and requires submission of original certificate copies in electronic form via email attachment to monica.r.dean.civ@army.mil. The maintenance requirements specified in Block 16 detail that routine and scheduled maintenance shall not include travel time or site access expenses, with the TPOC responsible for approving or denying proposed repairs within three days. The contractor must provide preventative maintenance reports within a 24-hour period of service requests and maintain annual and semi-annual preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and operator manuals. All maintenance work must address manufacturer-specific oil and fluid requirements, and the contractor bears responsibility for proper disposal of fluids removed during repairs. The form was prepared by Monica Dean, Contracts Acquisition Advocate on 08 JUL 2026 and approved by Bobie J. Burkett, Contracting Officer on 22 JUL 2026.
