About this file

This document outlines the terms of a Government Rights in Data (GRID) program for a Missile Guidance Set (MGS) repair contract. Under the contract, The Boeing Company will provide technical and repair expertise to service MMIII MGS units and associated depot support equipment. Services will include disassembly, refurbishment, measurement/testing, reassembly, and compatibility with existing or future MMIII sustainment systems. The contract will also include demilitarization and disposal tasks to support retirement of the MMIII weapon system. The Air Force Materiel Command Nuclear Weapons Center is the contracting agency. The GRID document identifies commercial software licenses, technical data previously delivered to the government, and specifically negotiated license rights for non-technical data deliverables. It also notes any restrictions on government use of technical data or computer software to be furnished under the contract.
