About this file

This document is a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between BAE Systems and the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) for F-16 Avionics Intermediate Shop Systems Sustainment Engineering. The agreement covers engineering services for F-16 VXI-IAIS, R-IAIS, IAIS Series of Test Stations, ATE Maintenance Support, and ATE Technical Order Maintenance Support under contract FA8251-26-D-XXXX.

Key pricing terms include utilizing BAE's current Forward Pricing Rate Agreement, with a 10% profit for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and 8% for Time & Materials (T&M) pricing. Technical Order Maintenance proposals will be priced per page, with rates incrementally increasing from $340.70 to $347.56 over a five-year period. The document is signed by Quyen Tran from BAE Systems and Piper J. Martin, the Contracting Officer from AFSC, and is dated October 31, 2025. The contract appears to be a sole-source requirement for maintaining operational capability of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) stations at the original equipment manufacturer's facilities.
