About this file
This is an internal memorandum establishing the NAC (Network Acquisition Contract) process for training on delivery orders, effective with the February 16 consolidation. The memorandum outlines a streamlined approach where applications training will be awarded concurrently with equipment purchases, while off-site training for Biomedical, Physician, and Physicist personnel will be removed from delivery order awards.
Under the new process, customers must submit training requests at the time of need, providing the names of attendees and course dates. HTME will process these requests as modifications to existing delivery orders, with only training course tuition costs included in the modification. Travel expenses will be handled separately at the facility level. Payment to vendors requires submission of a completion certificate, establishing a performance-based payment structure for training services.
