About this file
This document is a Memo for File regarding Invitation to Bid (ITB) #S-24800-00007924 for the Repair of HVAC at B243 at Kingsley Field, issued by the Oregon Military Department Joint Force Headquarters, Oregon National Guard Financial Administration Division. Due to unusual time constraints and the end of the Oregon Military's fiscal year on September 30th, in which funds must be obligated, the required period for protest of the State of Oregon's intent to award has been shortened from 7 calendar days to 4 calendar days, with the new deadline for protest being Thursday, September 28th, 2023.
The Memo does not provide additional details about the HVAC repair project, such as the project overview, item quantities, response dates, site visits, or the term of the contract. It also does not mention any pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.

MEMO FOR FILE FOR ITB # S-24800-00007924
FOR HVAC at B243 at Kingsley Field
Invitation to Bid # S-24800-00007924 Repair HVAC at B243 at Kingsley Field previously required a period of 7 calendar days from the date of Intent-To-Award in which Adversely-affected or aggrieved offerors could submit a protest to the State of Oregon’s intend to make an award for the above
ITB. Due to unusual time constraints and under OAR 137-049-0395(4), namely the end of the Oregon
Military’s Fiscal year (September 30th) in which funds must obligated, OMD finds this previous 7 days period to be impractical and will be shortening the required period for protest to 4 calendar days. The new deadline for protest will be Thursday, September 28th, 2023.
