About this file
This document is a set of questions and answers related to a media buy bid (Bid # 54973) issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, Department of Fire Services. The $76,000 budget is inclusive of the actual media buy, which will include a mix of 15-second, 30-second, and 60-second TV and radio spots to be run in October and November. The Department is open to adjusting the timeframe to avoid competition with the upcoming election.
The document also clarifies that the Department is not committed to the originally outlined October-November timeframe and does not want to compete with the elections, unless they can possibly do some radio advertising during that period.
