___Yes ___No If no, please explain why:

• What does your business consider consumables? (ex: toner, maintenance kits, extra parts)

• Looking at the PWS: there is mention that these devices perform best using HP Toner; an “or equal” product may be quoted but it must be equal to or exceed the quality of HP Toner. • If your business were to quote an “or equal” product; what qualifiers do vendors use to determine a non-HP Toner of equal quality?

• What do printer maintenance businesses consider period maintenance for this brand/type of MFD?

• What do businesses consider annual maintenance for this brand of MFDs?

• What criteria or certifications does a vendor use to qualify a technician to service this type of MFD periodically/annually?

• Is there an additional cost for a business to respond to a call placed within 24 hours of receipt? What about on holidays or weekends?

• What aspects of this PWS regarding consumables and service will affect the cost to support government need? (example: shipping, Brand name/or equal product, more than X calls per month/year
