This Package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for a quote for evaluation. The following forms, clauses, and statements must be completed and submitted with your offer:
A. Standard Form 1449
B. Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services
All potential offerors and quoters are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representation and certification requirements [(FAR 4.1102 Policy 01/17/2025)]. Offerors and quoters shall include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in their quotes (FAR 52.212-1(j). The Contracting Officer will verify registration before award by entering the potential awardee’s UEI number into the SAM’s database. The Government will award items in groups as described in the solicitation, to one or more offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government.
