About this file
This is Addendum 1 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) BPM053608 issued by the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) for a WIC Investigative Research Subscription service. The addendum modifies the original solicitation for a subscription-based investigative database tool designed to support regulatory enforcement and fraud prevention efforts within Maryland's WIC Program. The document serves to clarify, amend, or supplement terms and conditions outlined in the base solicitation, ensuring all prospective bidders have consistent and current information prior to submitting their proposals.
The addendum addresses specific modifications to the original IFB requirements, terms, or evaluation criteria. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum as part of their bid submission to ensure compliance with all current solicitation requirements. The substantive changes contained within this addendum are binding and supersede any conflicting provisions in the original IFB documentation. All prospective vendors must carefully review this addendum in conjunction with the base IFB to ensure their proposals are responsive to the complete and current solicitation requirements.
