About this file
The file is a Sole Source Notice from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) announcing a contract award to Matson's Lab LLC of Manhattan, Montana for wildlife teeth laboratory testing services. The contract will be awarded through a sole source procurement process pursuant to state administrative and procurement regulations. Protests regarding the sole source contract are due by March 14, 2025, at 3:00 pm, and can be submitted online via OregonBuys or by email to Marcus Jones.
No specific pricing, funding sources, contract term, or additional contract details are provided in the document. The notice appears to be a procedural notification of ODFW's intent to directly contract with Matson's Lab LLC for specialized wildlife teeth laboratory testing services without a competitive bidding process. The sole source designation suggests that Matson's Lab may have unique capabilities or be the only qualified provider for these specific laboratory testing services for wildlife samples.
