Other Notes: Electrical service will enter the building through the crawls space above grade, but under boardwalk. Then enter Mascot Mechanical Room through the floor. If a crawl space vent is not available a 4” hole will be drilled through the stem wall.

H-Frame (red) to extend 108” from the existing power pole (blue) to mount the new 400 am CT meter and Main Disconnect (green rectangles) for the Upgraded Mascot Electrical

Service. Protected by bollards (yellow). Dumpster pad (grey) will be re-established after

Electrical Service installation. Bollards and H-Frame posts to be buried 4’ below grade.

New electrical service (red line) will be one 4” conduit. Top of conduit is 24” below grade until under the boardwalk when it is raised and

“daylighted” above grade before entering the crawlspace.

Code allows for exemptions to disconnect or shunt trip attached to building when the building is operated by a single owner. Engineer recommends placard, identifying disconnect on H-Frame by the power pole be attached to wall by back door.

Location of H-Frame post (brown) is 108” north of the side of the power pole (just out of view of the picture. Area inside of green oval is where new conduit follows trenching that occurred in 2019.

Panel M to be surface mounted. Services enters room through crawlspace. 150 amp connection from Panel M to Panel A will also be routed through the crawlspace. Fiber Optic ONT, hydrant and conjunction box to be relocated, removed, or abandoned prior to Panel M installation.
