About this file

This document is a Market Research Vendor Survey conducted by the Federal Government to identify vendors capable of supplying fresh bread and bakery items for Department of Defense (DoD) troop customers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. The solicitation contemplates a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 3-year performance period, with a total estimated value of $420,347.40 and a maximum potential value of $1,261,042.20 over the contract term.

The survey includes seven questions for potential vendors to complete, covering topics such as interest in performing the contract, vendor capabilities, minimum delivery requirements, past performance experience, suggestions for modifying the requirement to encourage participation, and potential subcontracting needs. Interested vendors are required to submit their responses via email to the government points of contact, Edith Moss and Alicia Nichols-Harris, by December 19, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Two additional Excel attachments (not included in this document) cover the Schedule of Items and Delivery Schedule, which would provide more detailed information about the specific requirements.
