About this file

This document is a specification for a state or local contract opportunity for the purchase of two electric, double-deck, standard depth convection ovens, model MARK V-100 DBL, as manufactured by Blodgett. The ovens are required for Statesboro High School and must meet detailed exterior and interior construction requirements, as well as operational specifications including temperature range, fan speeds, and lighting. The contract includes a 5-year parts, labor, and door warranty specifically for school customers. The required voltage is 208V/60/3-phase, and the ovens are cETLus, CE Energy Star, and NSF approved.

The specification does not provide details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other contractual terms. However, it outlines the technical requirements for the convection ovens, which appear to be for a state or local government procurement opportunity.
