About this file

This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors participating in a state or local government contract opportunity. The key details are:

Vendors must allow adequate time for security screening and follow social distancing guidelines at the onsite visit. All vendors will be required to have their temperature taken and answer health screening questions at a designated checkpoint, and will not be admitted if they have a temperature over 100.0 degrees or display any COVID-19 symptoms. Vendors must wear a face mask provided by the agency, or their own mask/face shield that meets requirements. If a vendor is denied access, they will be given one opportunity to reschedule the mandatory onsite visit within the next 2 business days with a different representative. Bidders will be disqualified if they do not attend, are not on time, leave early, or fail to sign the attendance sheet. Bidders must allow adequate time to accommodate the security screenings.

The document does not provide any details about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or other salient financial information related to this contract opportunity.

MANDATORY ONSITE VISIT GUIDANCE FOR VENDORS:

1. Vendors must allow adequate time prior to the conference to allow for proper screening of all people coming onto the property.

2. All vendors must follow social distancing guidelines-- Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people and do not gather in groups

3. All vendors will be required to get their temperature taken at the check point, as designated by each Center.

Center Checkpoint is : West Parking Lot Administration Building. Vendors with a temperature more than 100.0 degrees will not be admitted.

4. All Vendors will be asked a series of questions about their health. If the vendor displays any symptoms on the checklist, the vendor will not be allowed entry to the Center.

5. All vendors must wear a face mask, which will be furnished to them upon arrival. Vendors may choose to wear their own mask or face shield. If vendors opt to bring their own, the mask must cover their nose and mouth and fit under their chin; the shield must cover the nose down to the chin. Vendor must wear the face mask while on Center's grounds. Face shields provided by the Center are required to be returned to the checkpoint upon leaving the Center.

In the event vendor is denied access due to any of the above reasons, IDHS will allow vendor one opportunity to reschedule the mandatory conference in the next 2 business days with a different representative. This alternate date will only be made available to vendors who were present at the first vendor conference but not permitted to participate by IDHS.

Bidder (current Vendor included) will be disqualified and considered non-responsive if Bidder does not attend, is not on time, leaves early or fails to sign the attendance sheet. Bidder must allow adequate time to accommodate security screenings at the site.

Please continue to monitor BidBuy as the Bid Due date and time may be adjusted.
