About this file

This document is Mandatory Onsite Visit Guidance for Vendors by appointment issued by a school district. It outlines the requirements and procedures for vendors to schedule and attend an onsite visit as part of a procurement process. Vendors must schedule an appointment, undergo a health screening including temperature check, and wear face masks while on school property. Any vendor who does not meet the health and safety requirements will be denied entry, but will be allowed one opportunity to reschedule the visit within the next 2 business days. The school district advises vendors to monitor the BidBuy system, as the bid due date and time may be adjusted.

The document does not provide additional details on the specific contract opportunity, products or services being procured, or the procurement timeline beyond the onsite visit requirements. It also does not include information on pricing, set-asides, funding sources, or other commercial terms.

Text version

MANDATORY ONSITE VISIT GUIDANCE FOR VENDORS:

1. Vendors are subject to a screening when coming onto the School property.

2. All vendors must follow social distancing guidelines-- Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people and do not gather in groups

3. All vendors will be required to get their temperature taken at the check point, as designated by the School. School Checkpoint will be given when vendor schedules appointment. Vendors with a temperature more than 100.0 degrees will not be admitted.

4. All Vendors will be asked a series of questions about their health. If the vendor displays any symptoms on the checklist, the vendor will not be allowed entry to the School.

5. All vendors must wear a face mask, which can be furnished to them upon arrival if they do not have their own. If vendor brings their own, the mask must cover their nose and mouth and fit under their chin. Vendor must wear the face mask while on School's grounds.

In the event vendor is denied access due to any of the above reasons, IDHS will allow vendor one opportunity to reschedule the appointment in the next 2 business days with a different representative. This alternate date will only be made available to vendors who arrived but were not permitted to participate by IDHS.

Please continue to monitor BidBuy as the Bid Due date and time may be adjusted.
