About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF30) Amendment to Solicitation M6700125Q0007 for Furniture Installation Services issued by the Marine Corps Field Contracting System. The amendment includes a series of vendor questions and answers that provide critical details about the contract requirements. Key insights include that the contract involves disassembly, assembly, de-installation, relocation, installation, and disposal services for furniture, with no predetermined list of specific items. The contractor will be responsible for their own vehicles, equipment transportation, and parking on base in designated areas.

The contract requires a minimum of two supervised teams, each comprising at least three installers, capable of performing concurrent jobs. Weekend hours are not required, and no government-provided office space or vehicles will be available. The previous contract number is M6700122D0005, indicating this is a recompete. A wage determination (No. 2015-4389 Revision No. 29 dated 12/23/2024) is applicable, and no site visits or pre-bid meetings will be conducted. The amendment was issued on 12 March 2025, with responses expected to acknowledge the changes and modifications to the original solicitation.
