MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Item Description, M26-127 Nitrogen Generator Booster

1. The 76 MXSG is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of Nitrogen Generator Booster.

2. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below.

Contractor shall provide one (1) Nitrogen Generator Booster upgrade.

Contractor shall provide Machine Disconnection and Removal for outbound service.

Contractor shall provide transportation for both pickup and return.

Contractor must meet all requirements outlined In Accordance with (IAW) this SOW.
