CAMPEN) Consolidated Material Service Center (CMSC) is responsible for providing support and services for portable chemical toilets and hand-washing stations to multiple locations in Southern California.

2.0 Scope. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a single award

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract to deliver and maintain chemical toilets and other equipment (i.e. hand-washing stations) as identified in the Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) worksheet.

2.1 The Contractor shall support the following installations:

▪ Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California, (approx. 145,000 acres)

▪ Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, California

▪ Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, California

▪ Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Fallbrook, California (approx. 8,850 acres)

2.2 Most chemical toilets are permanently located, which will require frequent cleaning services.

Additional chemical toilets and hand-washing stations will be used for shorter periods to support special events, field training exercises, and other mission objectives.

2.2.1 Many of the services needed will be in rough off-road locations. The contractor shall be required to access off-road locations via contractor owned all-terrain vehicles.

2.2.2 Work will be performed in, but not limited to range areas, field training areas and populated areas.

2.2.3 Delivery and locations will be detailed in individual task orders.

2.3 The services will include delivery, pick-up, restocking of consumable supplies (see section 3.3 below) and cleaning TWICE per week on all equipment issued via task orders regardless of term.
