The solicitation is planned for release in Summer 2025, with an anticipated period of performance around the third quarter of 2026, spanning five performance periods. The contract requires a Secret Facility Clearance, 100% in-office work, and DoD/NSS PKI certified personnel. The USMC PKI help desk operates 5x8, and the contractor will support Zero Trust and Identity Credentialing and Management (ICAM) as a supporting entity.
