This document is a Past Performance Request for Proposal (RFP) Attachment for the USMC Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Support Services solicitation (M0026425R0013). The attachment provides a structured template for offerors to document up to three past performance records, requiring detailed information across several key categories including general contract information, recency, relevancy, complexity, and quality metrics.
Specific documentation requirements include providing contract/record numbers, contract names, awardee details, government points of contact, issuing agencies, NAICS codes, performance dates, contract scope, relevance mapping to solicitation requirements, contract type, performance complexity, deliverables, total contract value, annual experience value, full-time equivalent staffing, and CPARS quality ratings. If CPARS data is unavailable, offerors must submit a Past Performance Questionnaire (RFP Attachment 3a). The document is part of a solicitation by the United States Marine Corps for PKI Support Services, with a focus on comprehensive past performance evaluation to assess contractor capabilities.
