About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a Marine Corps Central Command (MARCENT) Operational, Analytical, Management Services (OAMS) Follow-On contract (Solicitation Number M00264-25-R-0001). The solicitation seeks professional services to support MARCENT and its subordinate commands, with scope covering a wide range of strategic and operational support functions including command element, manpower, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, operations plans, concept plans, strategy development, doctrinal reviews, operational policy reviews, crisis action planning, training plans, and wargaming exercise support both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

The PPQ is designed to collect past performance information from previous contract references, with sections to be completed by both the offeror and government assessors. The document provides detailed evaluation criteria across five key performance areas: customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, quality of performance, and cost control. Assessors are requested to email completed questionnaires to edgar.lopezjimenez@usmc.mil and christian.hernandezsoto@usmc.mil at least two days prior to the solicitation close, with ratings ranging from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory to evaluate the contractor's previous performance metrics.
