The deliverable is a comprehensive Initial Assessment Report in PDF format submitted within ten (10) business days after completion of testing, including certified test results, pass/fail status, total ports tested, location of deficient ports, number of operational and non-operational ports, detailed descriptions of deficiencies, and detailed scope of recommended repairs with budgetary cost estimates. The period of performance begins upon contract award with all testing and deliverables completed no later than ten (10) business days after award. Work is authorized during weekdays (no weekends or holidays) between 0600 and 2100 hours. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

M0026326QR014 Amendment 0002

MCRC Data Port Testing

Industry Questions and Government Responses

1. During the site visit, both data and voice ports were observed at locations throughout the facility. Please confirm whether voice ports are included in the Government's approximate count of 870 data drop ports. If voice ports are included, please confirm whether they are to be tested to the same standard as data ports or whether a separate testing/validation standard applies.

Government Response: YES, the 870 includes both DATA and TELECOM Jack Ports to be tested and certified.

2. Drawings and/or facility documentation were discussed during the site visit. Will the Government provide drawings, floor plans, port maps, patch panel schedules, or other existing documentation prior to the quotation due date? If not, will these documents be provided to the awardee afterwards?

Government Response: YES, a floor plan has been provided to RCO for review and distribution to vendors that attended the site visit on 3 June 2026.

3. During the site visit, differing overall port counts were discussed, and it was mentioned that certain ports located behind large file cabinets or otherwise inaccessible may not require testing. Please confirm the total number of ports the contractor is expected to test and whether inaccessible /blocked ports are excluded from the required testing count. If inaccessible/blocked ports are excluded, please confirm whether they should still be documented in the assessment report as "not tested/inaccessible."

Government Response: The total number of ports is listed in the SOW. Inaccessible/blocked ports are not excluded, and the Government will be responsible for providing access if required. We will walk around with the full floor map and verify each wall jack.

4. Will testing in executive quarters or executive office areas be prioritized by the Government, or will access be scheduled on an ad hoc basis based on escort availability and executive staff schedules? Please confirm whether Government escorts will be required for those areas and whether the Government will coordinate access windows.

Government Response: Access will be scheduled on an ad hoc basis based on executive staff schedules. Government escorts will be required and will coordinate access windows.

5. During the site visit, it was discussed that the facility will be fully staffed during regular business hours, that work may be able to begin as early as 0600, and that weekend or night shift work may be available. Please confirm the authorized working hours for this requirement, including whether both Saturday and Sunday work will be permitted. For potential night shift work, will a CQ, Staff Duty, or other Government representative be available to monitor or escort contractor personnel during unoccupied hours?

Government Response: Work will be done during the work week (no weekends or holidays), between the hours of 0600 and 2100.

6.The solicitation states that completion of all testing and submission of deliverables shall be completed no later than June 15, 2026. Please confirm whether this date is fixed regardless of award date, or whether the contractor will receive a defined number of calendar or business days after award to complete testing and submit deliverables.

Government Response: The Period of Performance shall begin upon contract award. Completion of all required testing and .submission of all deliverables shall be completed no later than ten (10) business days after contract award
