All answers in bold.
1. There seems to be some confusion in your documents concerning the Period of Performance for this work:
a. From Doc entitled Performance Work Statement 250th Additional components
4.0.2 Delivery: All Touchscreen Interactive displays shall be completed and installed by the Contractor by November 14th of contract award date.
6.0 Deliverables
1) The Contractor shall provide PIM with specifications for all of the digital interactive hardware components for review, comment, and approval, including information on the devices, mounts and frame. The Contractor shall allow at least 15 calendar days for submittal to and review/approval by the Museum.
2) The Contractor shall provide PIM with design plan for the new casework. The Contractor shall allow at least 15 calendar days for submittal to and review/approval by the Museum.
3) The Contractor shall provide PIM with a test of the programmed navigation for review, comment, and approval. The Contractor shall allow at least 30 calendar days for submittal to and review/approval by the Museum.
b. From the document entitled M00263-25-Q-0052 250th Marine Corps Anniversary RFQs
2. Not only do these examples not agree with each other on due date (October 15, 2025 versus November 14th) but even the most generous deadline, November 14, does not allow enough time to complete the necessary work on any of the CLINs especially allowing for the long review period demanded by PIM.
a. Can you please be more explicit as to the Period of Performance of this project?
2 | P a g e
The review periods were removed in favor of clarity with an accelerated installation. The following are changes that will reflect a more specific review period and a definitive delivery date.
• All deliverables and installation are due 15 days after the receipt of award.
• A 14-day window for consultation followed by feedback and confirmation/acceptance of the software operability after the delivery/installation of the Touchscreen Interactive displays.
