What is the Avaya Sold To number for the 4 switches as specified on page 7, Section 3.1 Existing Equipment?

Equipment is legacy Nortel (circa 1990). Avaya sold to # does not exist or cannot be found.

Does each of the switches require a separate service maintenance contract? or is there only one combined svc contract for all equipment?

For the service maintenance contract (Avaya PASS):

· Is there is an existing and active service maintenance contract

· If so, what is the expiration date?

· If the service maintenance contract has been expired, how long ago was that? Please note that a longer gap impacts the price to obtain a new service maintenance contract from Avaya Existing active service contract Expires 28 August 2020

On-Site Preventative Maintenance/ Technical Training

· Who are the students to be trained (job/role or educational background)

· What type of training topics is sought for?

· How often this training will be provided (one time? or each year?)

Switch Maintenance Technicians would Be the recipient of the OJT.

1- Civilian- extensive Telecom Training OSP/ISP and Avaya CM6 2- Marines- Training background varies With individual assigned at the time.

7.1 Reporting and Approval of Timeline

How often do you require an Audit scan of the CS1000 and its associated telecom equipment?

We usually perform remote monthly scan and a quarterly report is provided to COR for a summarized non-technical narrative and includes the status and condition of the switches (patches, release level, etc.). The 3 months period of audit scan on the switches is submitted at end of each quarter.

Is travel expense billable?

It is possible for our certified technicians from out of state to conduct on site visit if needed?

Travel expense for training should be Included in quote.

Could you please provide us with the serial numbers for the telephone systems? They are required in order to provide pricing for the requested Basic Pass service.
