STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SOO)

I. Purpose: Convert existing direct digital controls (DDC) using “Supervision” version of Automated Logic Controls (ALC) to the more current “WebCTRL” version.

II. Scope or Mission: Convert all existing building using Supervison to WebCTRL.

Supervision has been de-supported by the manufacture and can no longer be supported by the installation. No additional updates or repairs to the Supervision controls are available.

Therefore the installation desires to convert all Supervison DDC systems.

III. Period and Place of Performance; The contractor will convert the all existing Supervison controls graphics and coding off site for re-integration into the existing base WebCTRL systems. Period of performance is 30 days from time of award.

IV. Background: Supervision has been de-supported by the manufacture and can no longer be supported by the installation. No additional updates or repairs to the Supervision controls are available. No additional software or hardware purchases are required as Supervision and WebCTRL are applications already in use at the installation.

The WebCTRL application provides a conversion technique resident in the application.

The installation desires that the contractor provide the labor and expertise necessary to convert the Supervision DDC code and graphics to WebCTRL and then to ensure the performance of all the convert DDC systems.

V. Performance Objectives:

1. Perform a conversion of all existing facilities using Supervison DDC controls (coding and graphics) to WebCTRL (coding and graphics) (see attached facility list). Conversion to occur off site and off line.

2. Ensure that all converted coding and graphics function as originally intended following the original sequence of operation for the DDC controls within each facility.

3. Ensure that all displays and graphics function as originally intended prior to conversion.

3. Merge all converted coding and graphics into the existing base-wide

WebCTRL system.

VI. Operating Constraints: Conversion must be off site and off line to limit or prevent degradation of the existing Webctrl systems during conversion. Contractor may take a copy of the existing coding and graphics as required. The conversion must be performed using the same version of WebCTRL to ensure functionality and compatibility.

Contactor personnel must be factory trained and qualified by Automated Logic Controls.
