About this file

This document is a product specification sheet for Herman Miller M-22 Cubicles, providing detailed technical information about workspace configurations and components. The file covers various cubicle design elements including frames, surfaces, storage options, privacy features, and power/data integration. Key specifications include a standard cubicle height of 67.5" (with window-area cubicles at 45.75"), corner and rectangular work surfaces, upper storage capabilities, and a flexible power/data routing system that supports eight-wire, four-circuit shared electrical and data connections. The cubicle system offers modular design with options for different surface angles, storage configurations, and power entry points from floor, ceiling, or wall.

The document is specifically linked to a Navy Sources Sought Notice (Solicitation N4008525R2582) for removing and replacing carpets, wood laminate, and cubicles at a facility. The Navy is conducting market research to identify potential suppliers capable of providing Herman Miller workstations that match existing facility arrangements. Interested vendors are invited to submit a 5-page capabilities statement package by June 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, demonstrating their ability to provide products meeting the specified requirements. The solicitation is focused on uniformity, functionality, and proper integration of Herman Miller furniture within SURFMEPP spaces in Building M-22.
