Luke Days 2024 – Shutle Buses

Minimum buses per quote: 20 buses Maximum buses per quote: 180 buses

Statement of Work

• Provide shutle buses/transport vehicles and drivers to conduct con�nuous shutle pick-up & drop-off services between Luke AFB and the various parking lots in the nearby areas to support the Luke AFB Airshow 23-24 March 2024.

• Minimum Passenger size: 16 seats, but more seats preferred, ideally at least 40 seats.

• Vehicle Type: Any style such as school bus, coach bus, surrey bus etc. Even open air “people movers,” that are not city street legal can be considered, as the transport vehicles will be driving at low speeds on roads closed to the public (confirmed with Glendale traffic planners).

• Dura�on: 2 days; 23 and 24 March 2024, each a 12-hour shi�.

• All buses and drivers must be insured and licensed to transport the public and meet all ADoT requirements/commercial driver’s license requirements.

• Provide one supervisor for bus drivers to be on-site at Luke AFB on 23-24 March 2024 or available to Luke AFB by phone or radio throughout the weekend. Supervisors must have ability to either dispatch or communicate with their drivers directly or be able to reach a remote dispatcher (not located at Luke AFB) to communicate to buses.

• Drivers cannot have any felonies and cannot have been incarcerated within the last 5 years.

• Drivers and supervisor will need to be iden�fied no later than 2 weeks before the airshow to be veted & approved on a “Base Entry List”.

Op�onal Line Item: 1 ADA style bus (Only need 1 per quote, will only award 3 total).

Green Lot: Es�mated 6 to 6.5 miles round trip

Orange Lot: Es�mated 5 to 5.5 miles round trip

Pink Lot: Es�mated 6 miles round trip

Red Lot: Es�mated 2.5 miles round trip

Purple Lot: Es�mated 4 miles round trip
