About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Government to conduct market research on enterprise diagramming and visual collaboration solutions as potential alternatives to Lucidchart Gov. The RFI supports Platform One (P1) Product Support Management Office (PMO) and Platform One Customer Experience (P1CE) mission requirements.
The Government seeks commercially available solutions capable of enterprise-level visual collaboration, process mapping, workflow engineering, systems architecture diagramming, and customer experience design support within Government security-compliant environments. Required capabilities include collaborative diagramming, workflow visualization, process standardization, systems integration mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise scalability while meeting security, compliance, and mission continuity requirements. The RFI does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment to award a contract; responses will inform future acquisition strategy decisions.
The RFI contains 16 vendor response questions addressing: company identification (legal name, UEI, CAGE Code, business size); enterprise diagramming and process mapping capabilities; full on-premises deployment within Government-controlled infrastructure; on-premises deployment architecture and infrastructure requirements; data ownership, storage, and retention controls; role-based access control, SSO/SAML, and authentication capabilities; audit logging and activity traceability; native integrations with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint; collaboration capabilities for internal-only or enclave-based environments; import/export compatibility and migration support from incumbent solutions; system scalability limits; patching and upgrade cadence; support models and escalation paths; implementation timeline and onboarding; Federal or DoD customer references for secured/on-premises environments; and licensing, support, and maintenance structures.
