Key evaluation factors include technical capability, which reflects the government's confidence in the offeror's ability to meet the requirements, and price. Offerors must be registered in SAM, financially responsible, and have no active exclusions. The related federal contract opportunity is for elevator lighting repair services for the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sam Houston. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items necessary to repair the elevator lighting system and provide tested, certified operational interior lighting for the elevators in the McNair building.
