About this file
This document is a List of Materials for an Air Portable Cargo Handling Dock (ACHD) prepared by 72 LRS/LGRDA at Tinker Air Force Base on July 16, 2025. The specification requires six ACHD tables with specific performance characteristics, including primarily aluminum construction with enhanced corrosion resistance, capacity to handle 10,000-pound loads, and the ability to be packed onto a 463L pallet. Key technical requirements include quick 15-minute assembly without specialized tools, compatibility with air drop and cargo net operations, and the capability to be configured in single or double width configurations.
The contractor must deliver six individual ACHD tables and associated hardware within 20-24 weeks of purchase, with a one-year warranty from the delivery date. The tables must meet multiple technical specifications such as adjustable leveling feet (37.5"-43.3"), marine specification paint, lockable roller trays, anti-slip surfaces, and mounting plates for a "Method B" system. Additional requirements include OSHA-compliant safety features, air droppability, and the ability to be assembled by a two-person air crew without lifting equipment.
