The contractor must furnish firm pricing lists valid for at least one month and submit summary invoices weekly or upon call expiration, supported by delivery tickets containing specified information. Required accommodations standards include clean, well-maintained rooms with proper lighting, sound attenuation, functioning electrical systems, security locks, operable smoke detectors, and pest-free conditions.
