The addendum modifies the original contract documents and provides clarifications for bidders, with a revised bid date of November 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The renovation scope includes multiple aspects such as granwood floor refinishing in the practice gym, replacement of specific drawing sheets, mechanical and electrical modifications, and various clarifications on project details. Key areas of work involve floor treatments, electrical fixture installations, fire sprinkler modifications, and specific architectural changes throughout the gymnasium and adjacent areas.

The addendum addresses numerous technical and procedural questions from potential contractors, providing specific guidance on items like toilet accessories, bleacher repairs, court line refinishing, wall padding, concession window specifications, and electrical system modifications. The project involves extensive electrical work, including lighting fixture replacements, power system updates, and sound system infrastructure. No specific budget is mentioned, but the comprehensive nature of the addendum suggests a significant renovation project. The document indicates that the existing facility will undergo substantial upgrades while maintaining most of its current structural configuration, with careful attention to technical specifications and performance requirements.
