This is a pricing catalog spreadsheet for an annual contract with the State of Maine for letterhead stationery supplies. The catalog provides tiered pricing options for multiple letterhead products available in varying quantities, ranging from 500 sheets to 10,000 sheets per lot. Three primary product types are offered: 20# Bond Letterhead in standard white with black or reflex blue ink, 24# 25% Cotton Content Letterhead in white with black or reflex blue ink, and 24# Laid Finish Letterhead in white with black or reflex blue ink. All stock materials are specified as recycled content, with pricing based on camera-ready copy provided by the State. An additional line item for typesetting services is included as an extra charge option. The unit of measure for all products is listed as "LOT," with the commodity code 96651 assigned to all letterhead items.

The catalog indicates a comprehensive range of ordering quantities to accommodate varying state agency needs, with consistent product specifications across all options regarding size (8.5x11 inches), color (white), and ink color choices (black or reflex blue). The inclusion of recycled content across all offerings reflects environmental sustainability requirements. While specific pricing amounts are not visible in the provided spreadsheet content, the structure allows the State of Maine to procure letterhead supplies through established contract terms with predetermined pricing for bulk orders at multiple quantity levels.
