About this file
This document is instructions for a spreadsheet submission related to the State of Maine's annual contract for letterhead stationery. The file provides guidance to potential vendors on how to complete and format their pricing submissions using a standardized spreadsheet template. The instructions detail the specific columns required, data entry requirements, and formatting specifications that bidders must follow when submitting their proposals. The document establishes clear parameters for how vendors should present their pricing information, quantities, and product specifications to ensure consistency across all bids received and to facilitate fair evaluation of competing proposals.
The spreadsheet instructions emphasize compliance with submission requirements and may address formatting standards, acceptable file types, and any calculations or formulas that should or should not be included in submitted documents. These procedural guidelines are essential for vendors participating in the bid process to ensure their proposals meet the state's administrative requirements and are eligible for evaluation alongside other competing bids for the letterhead stationery contract.
