About this file
This document is a performance bid extension overrun clauses specification for the State of Maine's Annual Contract for State Letterhead Stationery. The document establishes the contractual framework and conditions governing the procurement of stationery products for state use. The specification outlines performance requirements and extension parameters that allow for contract overruns beyond the initial bid quantities, with detailed provisions for how the contractor must manage increased demand and supply obligations during the contract term.
The document contains standard contract language addressing performance metrics, delivery obligations, and terms for handling volume increases that may exceed the original bid specifications. It includes clauses that establish the contractor's responsibility to fulfill orders at the bid prices for quantities exceeding the initial contract amount, subject to specified limitations and conditions. The provisions ensure flexibility in the contract to accommodate the state's actual stationery consumption needs while maintaining cost controls and quality standards throughout the contract period.
