Subject: Request for Proposals number 19MX5326Q0034
Dear Prospective Offeror:
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quote for Preventive Maintenance Services for Low Voltage Switchgear to be performed at the New Embassy Compound in Mexico City.
Your quote must be submitted to MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov on or before 11:00 hours, Mexico City Time on Thursday, July 02, 2026. No quotes will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quote to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449 (blocks 12, 17, 19-24, and 30 as appropriate).
2. Section 1, The Schedule, (Fill-in) Pricing.
3. Active SAM registration.
4. Additional information as required in Sections 3 and 4.
The Embassy intends to conduct a Site Visit to discuss the requirements of this solicitation on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 hours, Mexico City Time. Offerors interested in attendance should contact the Contracts team via e-mail at MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov to receive further information.
The U.S. Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
