Additional requirements include integrating the TK system onto a government-supplied warhead and conducting independent flight tests.
Interested vendors must submit responses by 2:00 P.M. CST on 12 December 2025 to specified Air Force contacts. Submissions can include separate white papers for tailkit development, test capabilities, or an all-inclusive approach, with a 10-page limit per section. The NAICS code is 334511 for navigation and guidance systems manufacturing. Small businesses are encouraged to participate, and respondents must provide company profiles including business size, ownership type, and potential partnership intentions.
