About this file

The solicitation does not specify quantities, item descriptions, response deadlines, or award dates in the provided excerpt. Delivery of all items is required to the LAMP facility located at 1500 Spring Garden Street, Suite 230, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19130. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, contingent upon the seller quoting all items to be eligible for a full award.

Vendors must include all shipping and freight charges within their quoted prices, and pricing may not be adjusted or supplemented with additional charges after award. Any proposed alternate products require submission of both brand and model number specifications along with comprehensive supporting documentation. Sellers must comply fully with all specifications outlined in the solicitation; failure to meet requirements may result in disqualification. No delivery or services should commence until formal notification is issued by the department.

LAMP PROMO ITEMS

1.1 Specification Information

It is strongly recommended that vendors include all shipping and freight charges in their quoted prices for each item. This ensures a fair and transparent comparison of all proposals.

Once the bid is awarded, vendors will not be permitted to change the pricing for the quoted items or add any additional shipping and freight charges.

If an alternate product is proposed, it is mandatory for the bidder to specify both the brand and model number of such an item. Additionally, comprehensive documentation detailing the proposed alternative must be submitted alongside the bid.

The seller is expected to comply with all specifications outlined in this document to be considered for the contract. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification from the bidding process.
