The project involves roof replacements for Buildings E, F, and G, including demolition of existing metal panel roofing, fiberboard sheathing, trim, fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. The work includes installing new 5/8" CDX plywood roof sheathing, SA underlayment, standing seam metal roofing, associated trim, and metal wall panels. An additional alternate bid is included for a Shed Building roof replacement.
