About this file
This is a Key Personnel Document requirement for federal grant applicants. Applicants must submit one-page (or less) resumes or detailed position descriptions for each key personnel position identified in their proposal. All key personnel documents must be consolidated into a single submission document. While proposed key personnel do not need to be finalized at the time of application, they must demonstrate the appropriate level of expertise and qualifications that would be required if the organization receives funding.
This requirement applies to the Event Support for 2027 Multilateral Action on Sensitive Technologies (MAST) Plenary cooperative agreement opportunity offered by the Department of State's Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF). The project seeks U.S.-based nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations to support the planning, logistics, and execution of multiple events during the 2027 MAST Plenary, which will be hosted at the Harry S. Truman Building. MAST serves as a coordinating forum for key foreign countries that are producers and suppliers of sensitive technologies, working to develop tools and procedures to safeguard technologies related to weapons of mass destruction and prevent diversion, exploitation, and misuse. The successful applicant will work with appropriate State Department offices to execute this event management initiative under CFDA 19.224, the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund program.
